Meet Mark Lydell
I have been married since 1980 to the love of my life, Kerri. We have three children and 1 grandchild. My wife and I have as our first priority our relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, and devoting time to the study of His Word.
In 1984 after working in the insurance industry for over 10 years I decided to go to law school and enrolled at Lincoln Law in Sacramento. Like my brother, one of my proudest achievements of law school was being Valedictorian of my class.
After graduating from Lincoln Law School, I practiced law in Yuba City from 1989 until 1996 when I stepped away while battling cancer. After being miraculously healed* I chose not to return to law, as we decided to help plant two churches, and I went to work at the church as their administrator. During that time I also went on a missionary trip with our church. We also worked together in a family run photography business until 2012 when I decided it was time to return to the practice of law and joined forces with by brother in his firm.
The focus of my practice is to help people with:
- Proper planning of your estates and make sure your family is provided for,
- Assisting families navigate the administration of an estate after a loved one passes away and make sure all aspects of the estate are properly handled and distributed.
When not practicing law, I spend the vast majority of my time at home on our mini-farm with my family. We currently have two dogs, two cats and an ever-growing assortment of chickens
